The working world has sure changed

Think of your parents when you were growing up. Were they worried about losing their jobs? Did you ever worry about not having health insurance?

My upbringing was very secure; I knew that tomorrow would be pretty similar to today. I don't feel that way as an adult, and definitely not as a father.

I think more people are more concerned with job security than salary.
